 We are a direct repair facility for numerous leading insurance companies. This means that we can do much of the process with the insurance company for you! All you need to do is bring the car for an estimate and schedule the repairs. We will work with the insurance company to make sure they have all the information they need to process your claim. Even if we are not a direct repair facility for your insurance company we can assist you in a variety of ways to complete the process and answer any questions you may have. Our goal is to assist you through this process as quickly and efficiently as possible.
We use the most current estimating software to generate a computerized estimate that details the repair process. We will review this estimate with you to be sure you understand how the repairs will be completed. Differences in estimates are common, so if you have a question please ask. |
We will then schedule an appointment to complete the repairs and if you need a vehicle during that time we provide a loaner vehicle at no cost to you (as available). The repairs will be completed following current industry standards. With a computerized measuring system and pulling equipment damage can be repaired with the assurance it will be returned to pre-accident condition. The refinish process is completed with DuPont paint products and applied by DuPont trained and certified refinishers. We have all paint components and tints in house along with a computer program that will identify the paint formula for your specific vehicle. This ensures a perfect color match for your repair. Vehicles are refinished in a crossdraft paint booth with bake capabilities.
With quality parts, repairs, materials, and trained techs we are able to quickly and efficiently restore your vehicle to pre-accident condition. We are here to help and support you during this process.
